Thai Black Sticky Rice Pudding

I usually have this serving of black sticky rice topped with caramelised shredded coconut and sweet coconut cream. It’s perfect to be eaten with a cup of hot coffee. I usually had this snack at 3:30 PM after class to give me energy while I checked piles of workbooks. What’s your usual afternoon snacks?
